A customer used to bring them in all the time. They were mind blowing. They had a slight hardness like a shortbread but would quickly melt away in your mouth like a butter mint. I want to make them but never asked for the recipe. They were also made smaller in size, half dollarish. I've tried a cream cheese based recipe that was fairly close but not quite right.
Edit: They were very pale in color if that helps.
