My grandmother passed away this May after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. My grandpa is taking it pretty hard, and to be honest my mom is too, so mom would like to have some of the things grandma used to cook as part of our thanksgiving dinner, particularly coddled cranberries. Unfortunately grandma’s cookbook has gone missing and my Internet searches have turned up nada as far as alternative recipes. Does anyone have a recipe or insight into how I might go about making coddled cranberries?
