I'm looking for a recipe for my mom, she once ate this meal at a buffet (possibly Thai) many years ago and is failing to find a recipe for it. The meal was a plate of fried chicken nuggets covered in a thin layer of thick sweet peanut butter sauce and sesame seeds with a side of rice/noodles/vegetables.
If anybody could give me some suggestions for PB sauce recipes, it'd be really wholesome of you.
