Pickled Red Onion
I made pickled red onion yesterday, as i open to check it i was a white particles size like a salt and i was wondering what is it and if it was okay?

Italian Blend – tomato sauce, on fish or chicken, in a marinade
For each seasoning blend, combine all ingredients together and mix well. Store in air tight container and stir before using for foods.
Italian Seasoning Blend
- 4 teaspoons basil
- 4 teaspoons oregano
- 4 teaspoons rosemary
- 4 teaspoons marjoram
- 4 teaspoons thyme
- 4 teaspoons savory
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
