Best meals for freezing?

Hey guys,

I’m looking for some new recipes to make during the weekend and freeze in individual portions to always have a quick homemade meal on hand during the week.

Things like soup, pasta sauce, chilli, gumbo (never tried it but I might),... things that freeze well and don’t lose their flavour or consistency after thawing.

Any good recipes/ideas? Thanks!
