Best lettuce for wrapping burger?

What type of lettuce would you use to wrap a burger, to keep everything inside? All of the recipes I read just say "lettuce", but I'm trying to figure out what the ideal type of lettuce is.

I wanna Try this recipe(SUPER HEALTHY MORINGA OATMEAL FOR BREKKIE)

Here’s what you will need:

4 cups of oats
5 cups almond milk
3 tbsp. Maple syrup
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
3 tsp. Moringa powder
⅓ cup mulberries or any kind of berries
⅓ cup chopped pistachios or your choice of nuts
¼ cup shredded coconuts
2 tbsp. Chia seeds

Start by mixing in the oats, almond milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup into a medium-sized sauce pan. Cook this in low to medium heat.
Stir the mixture until the almond milk has been fully absorbed. Make sure not to overmix. We like our oatmeal a little lumpy for added texture.
After 5-7 minutes, add the moringa powder along with the rest of the ingredients.
Serve with moringa tea for that extra power-up in the morning!

Some people like less lumpy oatmeal and this is also easy to achieve. Simply add in more almond milk to thin out the mixture.

You can store the leftover moringa oatmeal in the refrigerator in a sealed container for up to 5 days. Reheat before consuming or eat chilled! Both ways are delicious.

Questions about two very similar cookie recipes

I want to replicate the Levain Bakery cookies, and I've found two recipes, which are pretty much the same, except for this: Recipe #1 -1tsp of cornstarch -1tsp of baking soda https://kirbiecravings.com/levain-bakery-chocolate-chip-cookies/

Recipe #2 -1tsp of baking soda, -1tsp of baking powder. https://www.delscookingtwist.com/2018/05/22/levain-bakery-chocolate-chip-cookies/

The thing with recipe #2 is that it asks for homemade cake flour, which is 1 cup (120g) of all-purpose flour. Remove 2 tablespoons of the flour, and add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch to the flour. Sift the flour and cornstarch mixture over a medium sized bowl 3 or 4 times

So, assuming store-bought cake flour has cornstarch in it as well, is it really necessary to add more of it, like Recipe #1 calls for?  Why would you use baking powder instead of more cornstarch in Recipe #2? Also, recipe #1 calls for more regular flour.

I really want to make this recipe, but I need to figure this out first. Besides this, the recipes are basically the same. Thank you for your help :)

I was given cherry tomatoes by my neighbor, looking for recipe ideas to incorporate them

The problem is I really don’t like tomatoes. I like tomato-based foods but something about eating a tomato, I don’t know. Hoping for some recipes to incorporate fresh cherry tomatoes without having to bite into one. I’d hate for them to just sit there
