My birthday is on Valentine’s Day, so my husband always takes me out for dinner. I would really love to cook something new for him the Saturday after.
Right now, I’m planning on making some Steak Au Poivre, with some sort of potato and probably asparagus or green beans.
My question is, what is a good appetizer to go with this meal? Something simple yet delicious? I was thinking of stuffed mushrooms but want to hear some other ideas.
