Does anyone know of a Recipe For (or similar to) Quaker Steak and Lube's "Boom Boom" Wing Sauce?

I've looked online and I can only find Recipes for "Chuys Boom Boom Sauce" which doesn't sound to similar to me. Quaker Steak and Lube's Boom Boom sauce is described as "Creamy garlic & red pepper" on their website.
