Hey everyone. Recently a new Asian restaurant opened next to me. The great thing is, they make their own tofu and are willing to sell it fairly cheap to anyone interested. I do like tofu, but honestly, I do not have to most experience cooking with it. I have been laying off on meat more and more so it would be nice to get more tofu into my diet.
What are your favorite things to make with tofu? Anyone got any great tofu recipes I ought to try?
