I usually just cook a slice in a toaster oven set to broil for about 30 minutes. Before putting it in on top of some foil, defrosted, I sprinkle some seasoning from brands like Goya or Chef Merito.
I want to use other ingredients I've recently gotten like extra virgin olive oil, curry powder, turmeric, cardamom, basil, thyme, ... and other cooking methods. I want the fish to be well cooked and very fatty and juicy.
