Hi, I have a lot of med conditions and it's really difficult for me to cook. I tend to stick to one pan dishes with as few ingredients as possible. I find it quite simple to make meatballs but because I don't have a creative bone in my body I always make the same flavour - mainly chilli powder/flakes with a bit of cayenne and/or paprika, the sauce is usually made the same.
I really don't know how to put flavours together and I would love some suggestions so I can have a change every now and then. I love most spice and herb flavours.
I know I could have googled but I have bad concentration problems and I got so overwhelmed that I didn't know where to start and it's much nicer talking to real people anyway :) Thank you.
