If anyone could tell me how many calories, fat, protein, carbs are there in this cooked recipe of mine and is it good for weight loss?

375 grams of cooked chicken 1 to 2 tbsp of turmeric powder 1 to 2 tbsp of garam masala powder 1 green chillies 1 or 2 pieces of ginger Salt and pepper
