Ok take sweet and sour sauce and the juice from bread and butter pickles put in a pan add a piece of raw chicken make sure it is submerged and bake at 500 degrees F for one hour. Or half submerged and flip at the 30 minute mark. I don't know if it'll work in a big oven I did it in a breadmaker toaster oven. The size of a microwave I don't know if that'll make a difference. It was the leftover juice so probably 12 oz of juice and about a cup or at least half a cup of the sweet and sour sauce cause it was leftover from takeout.
