Recipe:
- 2 eggs
- 225g brown sugar
- 100g wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons powdered cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 100g butter
- Mix the eggs and with the brown sugar.
- Mix flour, cinnamon, vanilla sugar, and baking powder in a separate bowl.
- Put that in with the eggs and start mixing.
- Melt the butter and let it cool a bit before putting that in as well.
- Keep mixing it all until you have a nice thick dough.
- Put the dough in a baking shape.
- Turn your oven up to 180°C and put the baking shape in.
- After 15-20 minutes it is done.
- If it looks a little undone that's ok. It's supposed to.
- Take it out and let it cool.
