For anyone that has been to Pancheros Mexican Grill, do you know what they put on their chicken?

They have the best grilled chicken there and it is flavorful without being spicy. But I cannot figure out what the recipe is or what goes into it. Does I am really hoping someone might know the recipe. Thanks.
