New to cooking, interested in unique recipes and cookbooks!

Hi everyone! I'm a student who just got into cooking. I only have a few recipes under my belt and some things that I've experimentally cooked, but I'd like to expand my options and become better at cooking. I eat primarily vegetarian but not exclusively, and I'm open to vegan recipes as well! I also love the Netflix show Chef's Table, so it would be awesome to learn how to cook unique dishes like those shown (literally, where would I be able to get recipes like that??), and to develop the ability to pair flavors well. Any recipes, websites, cookbooks, or even classes you recommend would be fantastic.

I posted this to r/cooking two days ago but have since deleted it since it didn't get any responses. Hopefully reposting here is ok!

bon appetit
