I’m a college student who cooks for one, and while I love pancakes and waffles as much as the next person, I was hoping to find other breakfast recipes that are filling but maybe a bit healthier? I don’t particularly like eggs separately (like eggs in stir fry? Okay. Eggs over easy? Nah.) but are there alternatives for a hearty breakfast that aren’t cereal or something super carby/starchy?
