This is one of my favorite recipes! 1. Get firm tofu 2. Peanut butter sauce: -peanut butter (1 tbsp) -olive oil (0.5 cups) -tiny bit of mustard -tiny bit of ketchup -salt and pepper -turmeric -tiny bit of maple syrup (or molasses) Set the oven to 350 and bake for 15-20 minutes or fry tofu on stovetop and then add peanut butter sauce (last method can make the pan a bit messy :/)
