Last night I posted the last turkey recipe you will need, today is The Day After Sandwich. I use to be able to get this at a little sandwich shop in Providence RI, now I have to make it myself.
Ingredients* and Assembly
Slice of your favorite bread or roll, 1 spoonful of cranberry sauce, 1 spoonful of gravy, 1 scoop of stuffing, 1 scoop of mashed potatoes, 1 handful of turkey, Slice of your favorite bread or dinner roll
Bread/Roll, I like to use a Portugese Sweet Roll or a Hawaiian Brand Roll
Gravy, I either spoon the gravy over the stuffing or pour it over the whole sandwich. It depends on how sloppy you want to be.
A cold glass of milk goes great with this. Enjoy
