I have a bunch of dried lentils, adzuki beans, black beans, ect, that I have never cooked before successfully. I am trying hard to cook them and they tend to soak up all of the broth I cook them in. I wanted to cook them in my slow cooker tomorrow as a chili for about 6-8 hours on the low setting, will that be alright or will they be too mushy? I won’t be that picky (also not looking all of these together just curious for the future to make my life easier)
