Looking for dinner ideas with:
- no beans, rice, mushrooms, avocado
- no vegetables EXCEPT broccoli, green beans, bell pepper, corn, potato, lettuce, cucumber, tomato (I know it's not a vegetable)
- no eggs EXCEPT when used in baked goods
- no gluten, or can be easily made gluten-free
I'm fine with leaving out an ingredient or two if it doesn't change the recipe much.
Every dish I can think up is meat-heavy or pasta-based. Is there anything else I can do within these limits?
