Does anyone know how to incorporate these ingredients? Help!

I'm trying to get my kiddo to eat more healthy foods. She's stuck in this cycle of waffles, blueberries, pesto noodles, and dino nuggets.

I'm trying to make pancakes that include as much as possible of the following:

Ground oats

Banana

Egg

Blueberries

Spinach

Sweet potato

Avocado

I'm not sure if that's possible. I'm clueless on quantities and I don't know what about baking powder or soda or salt? Help!
