Hi All,
Here is a easy Salisbury steak recipe I made the other day. Video recipe also shown on link below :) Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 250 gr ground beef
- Half and onion (finely minced)
- Panko bread crumbs
- 1 egg yolk
The Sauce -
Ketchup and Worcester sauce - 2 to 1 ratio
Directions
- Saute the onions with butter and cool down after cooking
- Mix all other ingredients with the beef after onions cool down in a mixing bowl
- Roll and toss beef and make patties (tossing helps get the air out of the meat patties)
- Sear each side of the Salisbury steaks
- Add water to cover the half the height of the steaks
- Cook at medium/high, the water should evaporate within 5-8 mins and the Salisbury steaks should be all down.
- use any liquid/fat mixture left in the pan and use to make the sauce. just simply add your ketchup and Worcester sauce and mix. 2/1 ratio
- enjoy!
