I recently was told by my doctor to lose weight. I have no problem eating small portions of low fat, high protein foods as she suggested during the day, and have had success with this approach. It's the evening meal that I cook for my wife and I that is giving me problems. I'm looking for some recipes that will allow me to follow my weight loss an, yet still be tasty and appealing to my wife. We are adventurous eaters, so nothing's off the table. But, it should be something easy for a weeknight dinner. Thanks.
