Howdy folks,
I'm interested in making a non-dairy substitute for milk and half-and-half for my cereal and coffee. I'm interested in using cashews, and I'm very familiar with the cashew milk recipes out there. I've made a cashew paste/cream in the past. I had a problem with having to chew my chai when I was done. Therefore, I was wondering:
- If I should boil the hell out of my cashew - like in a pressure cooker, and then puree it?
- If I could make a milk/cream with cashew flour instead?
- Also, how good is a cashew based milk substitute for coffee and tea?
