Spicy Pork Loin & Mushrooms [My Own Recipe]

INGREDIENTS: (for 2 people)

4 Slices of fresh pork loin (cut into strips)

10 Mushrooms (each cut into 4 pieces)

2 Garlic cloves ( sliced)

4 Tiny Cayenne peppers (crushed)

10cl White wine

½ Tsp Dried parsley

Olive oil

Salt (to your own liking)

INSTRUCTIONS:

1: Grab a cooking pot and cover the base with olive oil. Heat up on maximum heat and add the pork, garlic and mushrooms.

2: Stir fry for 5 minutes stirring ocassionally then add salt to your own liking, the Cayenne peppers, parsley and wine.

3: Boil on medium heat until the wine has evaporated and you are left with a thickish sauce which means it is ready to serve.
