I found a recipe for mochi brownies a while ago, and while they were good, I want to improve them. I want the recipe to be chewier instead of cakey, which is how mine came out. I was wondering if i could sub the milk the recipe calls for with vegetable oil? Or something else to make it cakey. And if I can sub for oil, how much do I add per cup of milk? Thanks in advance!
