I've tried the typical ketchup-mayo-mustard-brine sauce combinations. I'm looking for a sauce that isn't too sweet, has a slight tangy taste and is savory + Spicy. 1 Sauce that would go with nashville hot chicken and another that would be suitable for smash burger. Please something that you know for a fact taste good.
