Hey everyone!
Girlfriend and I got an apartment together and made it a mission to cook in more and go out to eat less. A while back we made balsamic chicken that turned out great but I can't seem to find the recipe/guide I used for it. We tried again a couple nights ago and just couldn't seem to find a balsamic glaze recipe that worked so we scrapped that idea and went for garlic crusted chicken instead.
For anyone familiar, I'm looking for a balsamic glaze similar to what they have at the 99 restaurant (I think it's a regional thing, maybe just MA or New England?). I also had a balsamic chicken at TGIFridays a while back that was good as well so something like that is what I have in mind. Thanks in advance!
