Frikadellers...quite the challenge on the pan. Soak white bread in milk, squeeze da milk out of the bread and mix with ground beef, pork, onion, paprika, salt, pepper, coriander (small amount) and any other spices you favor with beef/pork. It is a skill to do this on the pan, oven for beginners.
