Hi!! So I'm making some Filipino pork adobo for dinner tonight and was looking for some advice since the recipes seemed to vary a lot.
Is it typically marinated in vinegar as well? Or just the soy sauce?
Also what kind of vinegar is often used? The recipes I looked at just stated "vinegar" and I was going use good ol' distilled white vinegar or apple cider vinegar.
