Shredded Pork Tacos recipe

Prep Time 15 minutes Cook Time 7 minutes Total Time 22 minutes Servings 8

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds of pork shoulder
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 small white onion finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of dry oregano
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Stir all the ingredients in a slow cooker.
  • Put on the lid and let the pork shoulder cooker for 7 h on low.
  • Once the time is up, drain the pork shoulder and shred it then stir it back into the pot.
  • Spoon the shredded pork into tortillas or taco shells then serve them with your favorite toppings and enjoy.
