Preheat your oven to 220°C or 425°F on the convection setting
I usually eyeball all my seasoning
In a bowl put in your chicken drumsticks
Put a light coating of olive oil
BBQ seasoning goes in
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Dried oregano
Dried rosemary
Cayanne peper
Paprika
Secret dried chili powder #1
Secret dried chili powder #2
Chili flakes
Salt
Black pepper
Butter or olive oil
And in the oven they go for 30-40 mins on 220°C or 425°F
Add canola oil or sunflowerseed oil to a pot or rice cooker
Rinse 1 cup of long grain white rice
Add 2 cups of water or chicken stock
Add a chicken stock cube (skip this step if you added chicken stock instead of water)
Add a little bit of turmeric to give it a nice yellow color
Add a few cardamom pods and remove them before serving
Make the rice come to a boil and then turn it down to medium low heat until the rice is cooked
