Breakfast Recipe for Bread Bowl Egg Quick and Easy Myfunfoodiary

Ingredients: (for 4 persons) 8 eggs 8 crusty bread rolls 3 tbsp melted butter Salt and pepper Parsley and thyme Sliced red chili

Preparation:

Preheat your oven to 200 degrees C for 5 to 10 minutes. Slice off the top of each bread, scoop out the inside part, and leaves the sides of the roll intact. Brush the inside of each roll with the melted butter. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and if you like.. You can add thyme and parsley as well. Crack an egg, and then put the egg on each bread. Optional: Season with salt and pepper again (if you like). 

Add sliced chili and celery leaves as a topping on each bread. Bake for 10 minutes or until the egg is just set. Sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese on top of each bread. Serve immediately. Quick and Easy Recipe-Bread Bowl Egg-cooking recipes Don't forget to subscribe my channel...!
