Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 Tbs natural peanut butter
- 2 Tbs chocolate chips
Instructions
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Peel one side of each banana.
- Using a butter knife, make a slice down each banana, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Place 1 ½ tsp of peanut butter and 1 Tbs chocolate chips in each banana. Re-cover exposed banana side with peel and wrap entire banana in foil.
- Place banana foil packets, cut-side up, directly on the grill and let cook for 5 minutes.
- Remove packets from grill, unwrap, and dig in!
