I personally love eating pork. This is our go-to recipe for cooking pork loin. It comes out great every time.

Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of pork loin (fat trimmed)
- 1 cup red dry wine
- Salt, and black pepper
- Fresh herbs:
- Rosemary
- Sage
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tbsp of pine nuts
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200˚C or 400˚F.
- Trim the fat off of the pork loin and season with salt an pepper.
- Sear all sides of the pork loin in dry, red wine on the stove at medium high heat.
- Transfer the pork into a baking pan, top with rosemary, sage, and bay leaf, and pour a bit of extra red wine on top.
- Insert a thermometer and bake the pork until it reaches 145˚F (takes about 31 min)
- After the pork reaches 145˚F, let it rest for 10 min.
- Slice the pork into 4 portions and serve. Keep the left overs in the fridge.
You can serve the pork with your preferred sides.
