This is something I would like to make for my SO, but I need alittle help coming up with a recipe.
Random info: SO eats like a child. He hates veggies except for corn, carrots, beans, lettus, spinich and potatoes. He also loves spicy things and cheese. He mostly eats taco bell, pizza, wings, mac and cheese, ravioli, potatoes and rice. He has a texture issue.
So what I'm wanting to make is a stuffed chicken. I want to use a spicy, melty, cheese. I do want to have a crust on the chicken.
I also want to make a side with it.
Can anyone help??
