In checking out Indian and Malay recipes, I see "chilli sauce" or "chili sauce" referenced. I'm assuming this is not the Heinz stuff in the ketchup aisle, but I don't know if there's a bottled version I can buy somewhere, or whether I make my own.
I'm also assuming that the Indian and Malaysian versions aren't the same, so I don't know how to search and determine specifically what they're using.
