The chicken breast is a lean meat which means it will be dry if you cook it too long and without proper seasoning it will be flavorless. This is my quick and easy recipe for juicy, tender and tasty chicken breast.
Ingredients:
- 500 grams of chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon of chili
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 20-30 ml soy sauce
- freshly ground black pepper
- sesame seeds
Instructions:
- 1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes or small chunks of same size
- 2. Rub the chicken breast with the spices: chili, garlic powder, salt
- 3. Heat some vegetable oil in a pan
- 4. Add the chicken breast and fry it on both sides for 3-4 minutes per side
- 5. Add the soy sauce and turn up the heat
- 6. When the water from the soy sauce evaporates, add the sesame seeds and roast them for a minute
- 7. Serve it with your favourite side dish
