So i am going to have some full night shifts these coming weeks so i been thinking of making some food that i can eat without needing to heat it. the first thing that came to mind was pasta sallad and i have some basic idea on what i need for it but want others opinion.
For meat i plan on using some chicken that is spiced in chili or koriander and or salami sausage.
For the veggies i think i will use: Cucumber, Tomatoes, Bell Pepper, broccoli, red onion.
Pasta would probably be some spiral pasta. not sure on if i should go for some rye rich or not
Also to note is that i don't like things like olives and cheese
EDIT: Also all things mentioned with exception of the chicken and pasta is normally just raw veggies. Anything there that would taste better if i fried it beforehand or something?
