For one reason or another every time I try my hand at ramen it tastes like chicken noodle soup.
I’ve started with chicken broth and chicken stock before and even after simmering with ginger, garlic, and green onions the final product always tastes like chicken noodle soup broth.
I know how to make all the other goodies that go in the ramen, just having trouble with both. So, reddit, I have all day tomorrow, Id like to try making my own broth, I can simmer for 6+ hours if needed, what do I do to make a delicious broth for my ramen?
