Vegan Banana Bread

Ingredients:

Ripe Banana : 4

Non Dairy Milk : 1cup

Vanilla Essence : 1 Tsp

Coconut Oil : 2 Tbs

Flour : 2 cups

Baking Powder : 1 Tbs

Brown Sugar : 1/3 cup

Nuts: 1/2cup

Instructions:

Mix all wet ingredients and stir well. In a separate bowl add all dry ingredients mix and add in all wet ingredients.

Add in any handful of nuts like pecans, walnuts, raisins, chocolate chips, coconut flakes etc.

Pour into a loaf pan and bake at 350F for 60 minutes or until a skewer can come out clean and cracked on top.
