[Request] Looking for any ideas on using whole frozen avocados (pit in)

So I went and purchased a couple of bags of the green wonder but the ended up in my freezer by mistake. Its been a couple of months and now I am cleaning and working on making some sticks and sauces from saved bones and I found the avocados.

Any good way to salvage them when thawed? I am leaning to a soup or sauce for my keto clients but I am worried about them bruising.

Are they worth saving?
