One of my favorite things to eat at a Mexican restaurant is called a chicken fajita quesadilla. The flavor of the chicken is so good to me. However, fajita seasoning from a grocery store tastes nothing like what I get at a Mexican restaurant.
Hoping someone knows how to make that goodness. Don't know if it matters or not, but the chicken is grilled chunks vs. Shredded.
