Need help! I have remembered a sandwich I had during my childhood and the company who made it doesn't exist anymore.

In Ontario, Canada there used to be a company called "the Hamish & Enzo Sandwich Experience" that made a sandwich called a chuckwagon, I would like to create this sandwich but do not know what was included (I was like 5 years old when I tried it and I do not know what was on it), can anyone help me with this?
