Right people, I need help! Anyone got any vegetarian and chicken / lamb curry recipes? All are welcome. Just want to try some other styles of cooking!

This is really important to me as I have previously worked in kitchens of many styles, but I have never attempted Indian cuisine until recently and I am intrigued to see what recipes are out there.
