I have recently cut out all refined sugar / sweetener, in addition to dairy. I am managing pretty well with my diet but I'm missing a lot of my treats and desserts - I found some 100% cocoa chocolate the other day and that was a nice treat.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I am eating fruit and natural sugars, and love all milk substitutes. I enjoy cakes and bready desserts the most.
