What's your favorite twist on any of the classics?

So far I've been thinking of the following:

 -Apple-Cinnamon rolls -Strawberry-Lemon muffins -Mediterranean-style quiche 

What are ya'lls favorites? My creativity's lacking today 🤦‍♂️
