brownies recipe:
200 gram dark chocolate
125 gram butter
125 grams sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
3 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 tablespoon cornstarch mix
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease baking sheet or line with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, combine the butter, sugar, maple syrup, and eggs. Whisk vigorously until well blended. Next, stir in the cornstarch mixture to the creamed mixture and whisk vigorously to form a stiff paste, about 2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons, but less than 3 tablespoons each time. Use the back of a wooden spoon or spatula to stir the batter. Pour batter into prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. Set a wooden skewer on top to turn the bread and cut a hole right through the middle if it seems a bit dry. Let the bread cool for approximately 15 to 20 minutes before digging in.
bon appetit
