It is hot and I do not want to cook. I have been living on turkey/tomato/cheese sandwiches on ww bread. I have changed it up by making them grilled a couple of times. But I am getting a little tired of them. Tomatoes are in season right now. I need some ideas that do not require much prep time. Preferably no cooking. I want to be able to have the ingredients on hand so I can make a quick somewhat healthy meal in less than 15 minutes. All ideas are welcome.
